Christopher Towns

This alcohol is a Bud Light beer. Fermentation is the anaerobic conversion of sugar to carbon dioxide and alcohol by yeast. In bacteria ,fungi, protists, and animal cells, fermentation produces  lactic acid and lactate, carbon dioxide, and water. In yeast and plant cells, fermentation produces ethyl alcohol, carbon dioxide, and water.
