This photo was also taken at the Pittsburgh Zoo. It shows a polar bear living in his cage. This polar bear shows an adaption of an animal to its new habitat. A lot of animals might have to adapt to new surroundings, either because they were captured or because their home was destroyed by humans, or mother nature. This polar bear has to adapt to when it eats, how far it can go, and temperature changes.
